My Actifit Report Card: February 3 2020

I did not feel like leaving the house today but I still felt like getting my steps in so I paced around and around. I also did some tasks around the house.

Some friends want to play disc golf tomorrow and I agreed to head out to the course but it might be cold and snowy. It is supposed to turn to rain later on in the evening so I don't think the snow will amount to much. I hope that the city has replaced the baskets that were removed during the recent flooding.

There is still a bit of flooding around here and more rain in the forecast. The ground is pretty saturated and there have been some landslides.

So long as it is not to slick on the roads I will be out riding my e-bike at least and if the course is open I plan on playing disc golf. It does help to have some friends that really enjoy playing disc golf to keep up your motivation.

It is nice to have a Fitbit and Actifit to keep motivated with too. I doubt I would be pacing around as much if I did not have a goal to keep up a certain level of activity.
