My Actifit Report Card: September 14 2019
I played lots of disc golf this morning with my friend. It was a casual round so we really were not keeping score. We mostly just walked around and talked about life.
As a result I didn't get a chance to take many pictures today. I did manage to arrange a few items in a new way while I was cleaning.
Everything went very smoothly today and we had fun having friends over for dinner. Lots of good food, friends and merry making. It is kind of feeling a bit like the start of the holiday season with Halloween just coming up soon.
Here's a photo modification that I did of some of the items on the old changing table:
It is kind of difficult to see what this photo is about but I like the interesting colors and feel of it anyway.
I back to buying small amount of Steem every so often and investing in tokens that catch my eye. Its fun for me to trade tokens around and keeps me interested in supporting the platform.
Actifit really keeps me going on staying active every day too. This evening I was really close to the 10K so naturally I had to pace around a bit just to get it.
So far it has been fun and not really that much of a modification on the things that I like doing. I figure that the more I write and learn better ways of creating interesting things the better it will be.

Would be nice to see steem move up just a little bit just so we would remember that it can! I plan to add a bit if we can hold the line at 16.
The photo looks cool with those colors... what did you use? I've been thinking of using Gimp to do some Vector images from models, it would be a really good skill to have for my future, vectors + programming = gamessss
Would be great to see Steem Rise, would also be great if I could buy some while it is low but with retirement approaching I have to be sensible and hold off on buying for the moment
Retirement approaching? Good for you!! Hopefully soon. You'll love it, with all the interests you have, you'll have no problem
overfilling your days!hopefully in 6 months or less, working out the details at work now and will finalize a data soon, and yes photography will be a good hobby to keep me busy when I retire :)
My friend will be retiring soon too. I kind of think of myself has half-way retired as well. I'm not sure if you consider crypto stuff and posting on Steemit much of a job but it does cause me to have to pay some self employment tax. It is a wonderful lifestyle for sure.
Half retired is a good way to be, I am slowing down as I approach retirement work wise, sort of adjusting myself out of work mode LOL
Well I do spend a bit of time on Steemit but do not have that much coming in and do not cash any out yet,
Right now it is tough to get anything consistently coming in. I went from two clients to no clients when work dried up. For a while there it was looking like crypto was going to fill in the gap but Cryptopia and Crypsy closing caused a few cash flow issues and losses. I'm still hopeful that things that I've made investments in will turn around again at some point. That seems to happen a lot. There's a lot of things that I could be doing if I had a bit more motivation too. (Half retired, lol)

@lightsplasher - sound like you had a great Saturday! It's fun to share the things you love doing with friends. The walking-around-talking disc golf was fun I'm sure without the competition, just enjoying the outing. And having friends over for dinner is fun too. I like the photo effects - very dreamlike. Yes, Holloween will be here, then Thanksgiving, the Christmas, then New Year - then it seems like Jan - March is so long and boring. Hope you're having a great Sunday!
Thank you! Sunday has been kind of rainy so far but it seems to be clearing. I hope to get out and do a round with my friend and son soon.
