It was another crappy weather. It was too cold and as I was able to have my usual walk, I settled with securing my plants to make sure that they won't die during this erratic weather that has been around for three days now. A big chunk of my numbers came from playing pingpong in the office and it's good to have that around so I can still burn some calories indoors.
This is tokneneng, a popular street food in the Philippines. It is hard-boiled (ideally duck, but most of the time chicken) egg coated in orange-colored batter then deep fried. It is then dipped into a vinegar mixed sugar, salt, pepper, chilli, garlic and onion. A variation of this is called "kwek-kwek" which uses quail eggs instead.
