My Actifit Report Card: August 21 2019
Yesterday I have spent all day at home doing almost nothing. It was raining all day long. I didn't have to go anywhere so I didn't. Practised organ and finished reading Eat, Pray, Love. I hope to be more active in the future.
Just wait for the weather to improve to get to work with physical activity
