안녕하세요 코카투(@kitalee)입니다.

요즘 호주는 무척이나 덥습니다. 약 40도까지 온도가 치솟습니다. 그래서 아침에는 쇼핑몰과같은 실내에서 지내다가 해 떨어진 후에야 아이들과 야외활동을 합니다. 오늘도 저녁조깅을 하러 아이들과 니왔습니다. 꽤 많은 사람들이 운동을 하고있었어요. 집에 갈때즘 활동량 7000정도 나왔네요. 오늘 남은 하루도 활기차게 보냅시다! :)
