My Actifit Report Card: July 14 2019

Hey Actifitters and Steemians,

I went to church today and for a long time now I decided to walk to church, it is about 15 to 20 minutes walk but we always seem to be in a hurry in the morning so we go with the car most times, plus you kinda get sweaty on a hot morning. But today everything was in tune, left home on time, the weather was a bit cold so no sweating there and plus it was good exercise for me in the morning.

The weather was milder in the afternoon when we were coming back from church, no intense heat so I’m cool with that. After lunch I rested for a while before my son and I went about doing some gardening and clearing the grasses. The waste from the rabbit farm cleanup we did the other day is turning out to transform into a good mix for planting. It works wonders for the plants and we have been using it as a form of fertilizer. I believe the agriculturalist call it a composite mixture.

I went for a walk after cleaning up myself so that I’ll stay upright for a longer time. Lol. The gardening duty was taking a toll on my back and I could hear my bones making the cracking sound when I stood up suddenly. Left for son we will probably still be at the garden by this time. For him it is a play thing.

That was it for me today, I think I’ll have an early sleep, how sleeping around 10 pm is early to me I do not know. Lol. I guess sleeping after 11 or after 12 mid night is making me feel 10 ish is early. Rest well my people for tomorrow we meet again. Lol. Thought a movie style ending will do some magic.
