You Can't Be Too Busy For Your Kid

My plans this weekend was very simple, concentrate on doing enough of the office work I brought back home so that I can meet up with the submission date next week. But all that had to change, you see, my son had told me last week that the Sunday School Children in our church were going to do their end of year party tomorrow but I totally forgot about the whole thing.

I was supposed to get pawpaw fruits for him to take to church tomorrow as the Sunday school teacher had asked from us and we agreed. I just realized I had to drop all I was doing and harvest the pawpaw for my kid. I guess you can’t be too busy for your kids can you? So my plans changed, farmer mood activated.

I went for the usual morning walk came back and didn’t bother going to rest just got the ladder and hock and started harvesting the pawpaw fruit. Now plucking pawpaw from a tall tree is no mean fit because for some reason I’ve got try doing it such a way that they don’t hit the ground, because that gets them smashed. That is the reason I planted the dwarf pawpaw tree. Hopefully I won’t need a hock or ladder to pluck them when they finally mature and start producing fruits. I also helped out with the cooking this weekend so I was a good family man today and always I hope to think. Lol. I’ll leave my wife and kid to decide that and think they’ll always vote for me.
