My Actifit Report Card: October 27 2019 - You Only Live Twice!
10K on a nice Autumn Day.
I got my activity from taking a nice walk tonight. The Moon is not out but in its place I saw the Big Dipper featuring Orion's belt in the middle. Obviously the sky is clear and the weather has been better today, no rain.
This afternoon I watched my football team the Carolina Panthers get beat badly by the San Francisco 49ers. They are undefeated so obviously they're a good team. We are pretty good as well but we were no match for them today. We did make some good plays and it was an okay game to watch but it was apparent early on that we weren't going to win this one.
I'm still watching Mad Men on Netflix and I'm up to season 6. There were only seven seasons so I'm near the end of the run. In a recent show, they played part of the theme song from the James Bond movie You Only Live Twice. This song is from 1967 and was sung by Nancy Sinatra.

I find the lyrics to be interesting. I guess it's always been the case that we live part of our lives out in the world and part of our lives inside our own heads. Now in addition to that, we also live part of our lives online. We meet people here, friends and maybe lovers. We do business here. Mostly buying but sometimes selling. We're creative here and we produce things whether for money or in exchange for the use of the service and watching ads. It does seem like we have more than one life going on in parallel.
