It was nice to see the temperature climb to over 60 degrees today! It was one of those days when I opened all the windows to let the sunshine in. 👍

I went on a nice long walk today. About every three or four minutes I did a fast Sprint for maybe a minute. I think this alternating between walking and running works well for me and gives me a good workout.
