My Actifit Report Card: January 2 2019 - Girls Like Me!
Over 20K, not bad, eh? 😃
So today I took a nice long walk and I ran for part of it. When I came home I worked out in my garage on my little gym and then I came upstairs and use the dumbbells in my loft and also did some sit-ups.
Of course I also danced around to the music that I almost always have playing. At the New year's Eve party, a friend of mine asked if I had ever seen the movie Valley Girl. It stars Nicolas Cage and Deborah Foreman, and it's another iconic 1980s movie just like Dirty Dancing that I featured last night. It also features a lot of dancing, which is what got me thinking about it again today as I am writing this post! Here is the theme song from the movie and the video shows some clips from the movie. Don't know how I missed this one, 20K, great job! I always like your music so thanks for taking the time to share the videos. I'm not much of a Nicholas Cage fan though, don't know why. Doing a variety of things is always good, keeps the boredom away. And of course, always dance!
