My Actifit Report Card: April 17 2019
Went for a run today and worked out pretty hard! It was a good day for the most part. I’ve been getting a lot of work done which is good bit I’m to the point where I don’t know what to do next lol it’s always weird when you get to that point

I rarely feel the feeling of not knowing what to do next! At least not since I had a child! There’s never enough time to do it all ever since!

It is always good to get the body fit. And did not forget to always rest after the workdone. It is important.

Way to get in a good hard workout! I wish I could run (for over 2 minutes anyway!) But my old-ass body just won't get with the program. You've been getting so much done that you're momentarily caught up. That's a good feeling! Just take a moment to enjoy it, the next step will come to you.
