I’ve been getting a lot of steps lately wow! So today I went to IKEA for more household items! My fiancé bought me a cute little book shelf and I couldn’t be more excited hehe! I hope also moved some more stuff so that always gets me easy steps hehe

    Damn that's a lot! I couldn't get that many unless I went on a long walk. But I did download the app and haven't remembered to use it yet. Planning to when I do my volunteer work to see how much I get, along with the walking there and from there. Do you know if it adds steps in transport like on a train etc?

    It’s cold here in the winter in Edmonton, so I literally just walk laps around the living room, dining room, and kitchen in our townhouse to get the last few thousand movements to get to 10,000 in a day that isn’t a work day! Going outside to get to 10,000 isn’t practical when it’s below freezing!

        It's an app that encourages you to take steps. It's both on android and IOS. It posts on here so you can get paid for walking :)
