Another wonderful day. Great weather today. Thank you god. Up at 9am ate a yogurt drank some tea. Lite weights for 30 mins. Then get wife and kids going. Walked 4 miles. Then stopped to say hello to my parents. Headed to Denios Farmers Market more walking shopping. Home for more weights. Top the night off with a kahluha and cream drink with the wife. Bed time at 11:40. Im off tomorrow. Might get ip and run 3 miles with Zombies chasing me in the Zombies Run app by six to start.
