My Actifit Report Card: May 24 2019
Nearly 7k steps competed today. Did 5k run today. Since the goal is to lose weight i decided to increase time and distance covered instead of speed. 5k was done at 8kmph. After 40 minutes, i felt like i could have run more but i had to meet a friend so had to cut it at 5k.
For the overall day, my samsung watch shows 15k steps so it was a very active day.

Hi! if you would like to loose weight, try out water fasting, much easier than running and much more effective :) obviously chek if its ok first for you to try it, make sure your not pregnant etc hahahaha :)
