My Actifit Report Card: May 22 2019
6k steps completed today while running 4k. Went to the gym and upped the speed to 9kmph at the end of my run to slightly better my performance. In addition to this my phone also shows 1 hour of walking, but that also includes the run.
Tomorrow, I'm planning to start wearing my Samsung gear to know how much do i walk outside the gym and also compare the step count on the watch and actifit during the run for accuracy.
