My Actifit Report Card: November 6 2018 - Deepavali, The Festival Of Lights

Hi There,

Today we celebrate Deepavali and we went to visit our Hindu friends. More like our kids’ friends but we were invited too. Back in the day, during the festivities, anybody and everybody were welcome to visit. These days we wait for the invitation.

We then went for a Coach-Parent meeting to discuss new programs and expectations from both parties in regards to swimming.

After that we went to get a cake to surprise my daughter who turns 16 at midnight. She had initially wanted a grand party but now has opted to go on a holiday. Which we will when everybody gets time off from the 311 things that we are committed to.

So in the mean time, it is “16” so a cake and a balloon to accompany the birthday song is in order.
