My Actifit Report Card: January 5 2019
Had some fun at work today doing some impromptu weightlifting.
Got my trustee ladder out and did some steps.
Did some shape shifting in the back dock, moving mirrors and wall art.
And at day's end I enjoyed a little stroll by the river at Sixmilebridge. The Christmas lights added a magical, fairy-like quality.
All in all, today was a good day and I almost hit the 10k mark.
Seriously?
You did not want to go 100 more steps? The shop looks sparkish so job well done, good work and you wrote something today. Now time for a mega wine :)

I keep losing my whole day to work! (Only 21 days left!!! Eeeeeeek)
Maybe I'll do that break 5 minutes every hour and at least get some activity and get away from.the computer screen!
Then I can build it up throughout the day at least! Heheh
