My Actifit Report Card: September 23 2019
Hello gym partners, today i walked a lot, because in order to get to the gym i have to take two buses, walk and then a long road uphill, but it was cool actually, i take this walk like cardio so when i do my routine i can focus only on the anaerobic part. today i had back, mostly upper back ,and tricep, and i am getting more convinced everyday about the best way to do the gym excercises, that the best way to do this is slow and the full movement, when i do this is like i actually feel something like burning deep inside the muscles and not only the bones moving, i don´t know, what you think?
