Nie ma to jak trening po świętach😀
Dzisiaj martwe ciągi z plecami i bicepsem. Nie katuje się narazie. Siła powoli rośnie, a ciało przyzwyczaja się do ciężaru. Moje posiłki lekko się zmienily i odziwo powrócił ryż😀 Dodatkowo białko uzupełniam serwatką w proszku. (Za free to pije😀)
