Si tienes una lesión, evita forzar tu cuerpo. Pase de un promedio de 8000 pasos diarios, a 4300 luego de la lesión, hoy en día al superar los 3000 pasos ya la rodilla comienza a afectarme, al llegar a 8000 es para llorar.
