secret to being happy | My Actifit Report Card: July 14 2019
After a morning and afternoon of being deeply unhappy about the less than ideal situation I'm stuck in,
I'm glad for the practice of washing dishes and helping out for a family dinner that brings me back to the present moment and the meal thereafter where we shared laughter and long talks.
These are the things you cannot put a pricetag to.

Washing dishes is also my way of having my own 'me time', so I can relax after everything been going on the whole day, I find it therapeutic too.
