이 기구의 이름이 뭔지는 기억이 나지 않지만, 응답하라 1994 드라마에 비슷한 기구가 니왔던 걸로 기억한다. 허리가 좋지 않던 나정이를 위해 쓰레기가 사주었던 장면으로 기억하는데... 맞는지 모르겠다. 아무튼 나이 먹으면 허리가 안 좋아지므로 예방 차원에서 저 기구를 쓰기로 했다. 잠시 거꾸로 매달려보니... 묘한 기분이었다. 세상이 거꾸로 보여서 그런가... 이걸로 척추가 펴지는데 도움이 될까... 그렇다면 종종 이용해야지. 허리 관리는 아프기 전에 평소에 하자.
