My Actifit Report Card: March 20 2019

At the time of writing this post, it 06:27pm. I spent the entire day at work and recorded my counts through my working activities. It was a very busy day and I managed to record the stated it counts in this post. This is my very first actifit post and I hope to receive encouragement from the actifit community.
