Happy New Decade!
For me the past decade and last year have been a blessing. As a person I got the opportunity to grow and learn more about myself, my country and the rest of the world.
Ironically, that I love my country is the main reason I haven't been consistent on Steem. December in Suriname often equals partying and closing off the year on a high note. Meaning 110 events between the second Monday of December and the first Monday of January. A period in which I really answer Whatsapp messages and become almost inactive on any Social network, not even talking about the Steem blockchain.
However, the promise I made myself is to plan 2020 better, but also do more things for myself, which include writing. Relaunching my website and writing a book will be my main writing goals for the year, which will automatically lead to more blogging and more time on Steem as well. This post being the first one in 2020.
