Nothing like a loaded 10k walk. Threw on a small-pack with 50lbs and set off. I walk the same route each time as it has a great mix of hills and flat terrain. It's also a rural road with lots of lush vegetation, greenery and farm land ( need to get all the out door activities in before the snow flies again).
Anyhow, this one took about an hour and thirty-five minutes. Around 9.5 minutes a K.
