My Actifit Report Card: July 12 2019

This has been a great day as I went to the saloon to tidy up myself!!

I obviously walked as usual to raise this 9k steps, I am unhappy though because I didn't make the 10k goal I set yesterday!

I had some fun in the evening as I took some bites of this below!!

I didn't eat all of them though hahaha.!!

    The goal was 10K but in 9K steps you can burn at least 300 calories that's great because that chicken looks tasty and juicy hehehe. Regards
