My Actifit Report Card: October 16 2018
It's Tuesday, and I never went anywhere else. Though, I did a lot of things today for my physical, mental, and emotional being.
For mental and emotional, I did my breathing exercises, and emotional freedom techniques, by which these two can help me ease with my anxiety. For my physical activities, check below.
Activities for the day:
Daily activities
When it comes to my daily activities, it includes my chores, and my daily exercises. Getting up from bed means doing those exercises which starts from stretching. It was followed by push-up, planking, and sit-up.House chores
My house chores had me walking, which somehow contributed to my activity counts today. I also cleaned my room, which exerts so much effort.Stair walking
I had chosen stair mill from the Activity type because walking on stairs is not among the list. I don't even have stair mill. But today, I walked up and down the stairs as a form of exercise.Walking
This activity is always part of my daily activities. Walking around the house even I am doing something is cool, and a form of exercise.
