My Actifit Report Card: October 15 2018

It's Monday! But no Monday Blues, or even Manic Monday. I am just at home, but it doesn't mean I have no activities. I made sure that I am still active physically as this can help on my wellness.

Activities for the day:

  • Daily activities
    I always do my daily exercise as I got up from bed. I increased my counts again with my exercises. I did it twice this day, the second one in the afternoon. Those exercises were stretching, sit-up, push-up, and planking. I also did climbing up and down the stairs. Not only that, I also did my breathing exercises, and emotional freedom technique.

  • House chores
    I did my house chores which included walking. I also did my laundry which somehow helped with my movements.

  • Walking
    Of course, I did walking like I usually do daily. Up and down the stairs, and walking around the house. These activities contributed to my activity counts for today.
