My Actifit Report Card: October 14 2018
I feel kinda tired today. I have been outdoors for days, and the temperature is sickening. But it didn't keep me from doing something to track my fitness.
Activities for the day:
Daily activities
I always do my exercises in the morning which starts from stretching, sit-up, push-up, and planking. I added more counts on my exercise, and will try more to improve.House chores
Not so much a lot of work because I am not at home. Though, I did some at night.Running
When you are catching a ride, you have no choice but to run. I always do that whenever I ride a bus. As I got in, I got no choice but stand.Walking
The moment I went outdoors, I did walking up to the corner of the street instead of taking a ride as I got out of gate. When I reached the city, I decided to walk, instead of having a ride.
Weight for the day
I went up 0.1kg from the last two days. Perhaps, I ate a lot from last night, and today.
