Walking & Talking with Friends | Actifit: October 2 2019
Another day another 10k steps, sore all over from working hard, just as God intended.
Yesterday I skipped the gym and chose to walk outside with a close friend. It was an opportunity to speak politics, philosophy and family.
And after work my family hosted a community group where we discussed "surviving suffering". A powerful conversation with good friends, over a curry dinner.
Anyways, things are looking and feeling good. Also I am excited that Oct 22nd I will meet with a health professional who will measure and score my fitness, and I'm excited to see those test results.

Anything interesting going on politically down there in your neck of the woods? I’m seeing the conservatives have a lead in the polls in BC, which is surprising. Usually, the leftists are out in full force down there.

Yes im followinf the ppc closely. The lefties are busy screeching with their craziness, crying all the usual names.
But one PPC lady near me might actually win. My local rep is no-name though and is not likely to win.
Im waiting for oct 7 gor the debates hoping Max crushes it.
Our debt is getting Very serious and PPC is the only one that will address it.
Did you see Scheer had a Rebel media reporter arrested for attending a public press event. No better than trudeau.

Yeah, Max’s political career and reputation may very well all depend on how he does in the debates. He isn’t a shoo in in his own riding.
The more and more I see of Scheer, the less and less I’m impressed with him. He doesn’t really look all that different from Justin, and yes, I know about The Rebel reporter getting arrested. I actually met Ezra Levant and Sheila Gunn Reid last Saturday. They were in Edmonton giving away signs promoting their new Libranos book, so I went out to see them. I could have listened to Levant talk for hours. He had a ton of stories to tell, let me tell you.
Who’s the PPC lady near you that might win?
Laura tyler thomas i think. Something like that. In burnaby area. Polled at 10%. She advocates for traditional family values.
