Today I went to work, barely made my bus connections, but was on time surprisingly, and crushed it at the office.

At lunch I hit the gym hard and this is after a difficult run yesterday so I am SORE, but tis all in a day in the life

I discovered my run time for the sun run was 53 minutes and 45 seconds, roughly. Now time to focus on my next goal, the scotiabank half marathon, June 23.

If anyone is interested that will be a fundraiser for Canuck Place, but I'll do a detailed video on that later this week.
