My Actifit Report Card: November 10 2018

I did plenty walking today so when I got home I did a circuit training session:

4 total circuits, each exercise 20 times, in order:

Ring rows
Push ups
Laying dumbbell pullover
Upright row
Barbell curl
Barbell reverse curl (forearms)

Nice pump, feel great because I did legs, my insulin is sensitive so that means I can enjoy more chocolate :)
