My Actifit Report Card: June 23 2019

This report involved about 9 hours of our night shift plus a walk home via Liverpool St. to Brick Lane. With a couple of my colleagues who live further than me. I don't usually fancy doing a 45 minutes walk after a night shift but one of my colleagues was persistent.

To rile her up, i will join her only if we drop-by Brick Lane for some salt beef beigel. I think she agreed under duress🤣🤣🤣

Brick Lane is quite known for its' trendy shops and graffiti that cover every shop and wall along the street. As it is Sunday, there were already stalls preparing to offer around the world cuisine. A riot of smell but thai curry won, though we didn't stay long enough.

By the time we reached the beigel shop, my phone battery was almost zilch.

A fruit and vegetable stall was also noted infront of the shop where 5 avocado cost only a pound.

We walked to Brick Lane from Liverpool St. although it can also be accessed from Shoreditch.
