It has been a slow day for me starting at school with a one class lecture. Walked for about 4mins to the bus stop to get to college and still walked the same distance on my way to work. At work, things stepped up a bit in terms of pace and activity as I manipulated truck pumps, moved pallets and carts, controlled incoming vehicles and other activities
