My Actifit Report Card: 20/02/19
A very active day today! Started it off with a long run in the morning, ended up getting absolutely plastered in mud and was forced to give my running shoes a wash. I then headed out for a dog walk, and it's been a long time since I had all 4 just by myself so I was a little anxious, but all was fine. Took them a little longer than usual just to wear them out so they wouldn't cause me any trouble in the Afternoon.
I 'bonked' after lunch and just spent a few hours watching the Tour of Andulucia and the Volta ao Algarve, and doing some work. Otherwise I didn't get up to much in the Afternoon.
Tomorrow seems like it'll be a busy day, as I need to head into Salisbury to run some errands.
