মিথ্যা কথা বলা এবং মিথ্যা সাক্ষ্য দেয়া
আজ একটা বাংগালী রোগী এসেছিল। রুগীর রোগ এই লেখার আলোচ্য বিষয় না। বিষয় হচ্ছে প্রেসক্রিপশন লেখার সময় উনি বললেন তারিখের জায়গায় আজকের বদলে গতকালকের ডেট লেখার জন্য। কারণ হচ্ছে উনার স্পনসর গতকালকে আসতে বলেছিল কিন্তু যেকোন কারনেই হোক গতকাল ডাক্তারের কাছে আসতে পারেননাই, আজ এসেছেন। আজকে হয়ত স্পন্সর জানে না, তাই ডকুমেন্ট (প্রেসক্রিপশন) লাগবে গত কালের!
আমি কোন রকম ডানে বায়ে না গিয়ে সরাসরিই না করে দিলাম। কারনঃ
১. গতকাল এই সময় উনি কোথায় ছিলেন, কি করছিলেন তা আমার জানা নাই। কিন্তু আমার দেয়া প্রেসক্রিপশন টা একটা লিখিত ডকুমেন্ট হিসাবে ব্যবহৃত হতে পারে এভিডেন্স হিসাবে।
২. এটা একটা সুস্পষ্ট মিথ্যা সাক্ষ্য প্রদান। গতকালকের তারিখ উল্লেখ করার মাধ্যমে আমি সাক্ষ্য দিচ্ছি যে উল্লেখিত সময়ে তিনি আমার চেম্বারে ছিলেন বা আমি উনাকে চিকিৎসা দিয়েছি, যা আমার পক্ষে করা সম্ভব না।
মিথ্যা বলা বা সাক্ষ্য দেয়া বা কসম করা অনেক বড় গুনাহ (কবিরা গুনাহ), যা একজন মানুষকে জাহান্নামের দিকে ধাবিত করে। তওবা ছাড়া কবিরা গুনাহ মাফ হয় না।
