My Actifit Report Card: November 2 2019
Once again, Saturday afternoon yardwork made reaching 10,000 steps child's play. Mowing my lawn is a little over 5000 steps. Even when it's more like mowing the leaves like today. In fact mowing the leaves takes more steps since I go over the heavier patches twice to mulch them better.

It's great when you do a chore and it contributes to the step count. Raining here today, so I got off doing this job.

Thanks! The leaves here are heavier this year also but I think it's mostly due to the snow and freezing weather made them all fall at once instead of spread out over a couple weeks.
I did not know what actifit was. i just downloaded it to see how it works.

I find it's a good incentive to put a little effort into exercising, especially on those days when I wasn't very active. I hope you find success with it.
