Thanks to getting my 40 minutes of walking on the treadmill in this evening and getting up and around more at work today, I was able to log a pretty decent amount of activity today. Oh, and of course my little walking buddy Brownie got to go out and walk with her several times this evening. The weather was much cooler today than the last week or so and Brownie wanted to spend as much time outside as possible.

I was also able to get a few minutes of stretching exercises in this evening. Unfortunately, my toes still look a long ways from my fingertips. But I'm making progress I think.
