It was just too hot today to accomplish anything outside. Even Brownie was feeling the heat and wanted to stay inside. Her brief excursions outside consisted of quickly doing her business and heading back inside. So to compensate for my lack of activity today, I spent 35 minutes on the treadmill this evening.
