My Actifit Report Card: December 9 2018

Day four of my continuing efforts to be more active and get fit (and hopefully lose a few pounds) with Actifit. Today I was blessed to be able to take several long walks with my faithful companion Brownie.

She really enjoys these brisk days and the longer the walk better in her opinion.

Other than that, I spent the afternoon running a few errands and doing some housework. Both of which helped me to get my new high in activity shown on today's report.

    Your dog brownie is very beautiful. I like how she walks. Your wife is also happy when you do housework.

      Good job on the consistency and getting your highest count today. You can tell Brownie is enjoying the walking too. Glad you are enjoying @actifit, its really helped to motivate me, and I've met some really nice people here.

      Thank you! Getting out with Brownie and seeing her acting like a playful pup again for a few minutes is definitely one of the highlights of my day.
