My Actifit Report Card: December 8 2018
This is my third day of using Actifit to track my activity and motivate myself to be more active. Since I didn't work today, I was able to be more active, not being tied to a desk for eight hours. I used the extra time to take my dog on several long walks. Consequently, I was able to log a lot more activity.
