bisogna ascoltare il proprio fisico, molto importante pianificare la settimana è stabilire quale è il tuo limite, una volta raggiunto sarebbe il caso di rallentare per poi riprendere gradualmente ed alzare un pochino in su l'asticella rispetto al limite massimo raggiunto.
