My Actifit Report Card: November 29 2018
I had two hours of fitness dance today and in the end of the second class, 15 minutes muscle toning and 15 minutes stretching.
Before the first class I already had over 11k steps because I rehearsed the choreographies at home and walked to work.
I've slept better recently and I can really feel that resting has helped. I have strength to jump better and higher. When required. If required because fitness dance is also about doing things according your own body. Dancing with your own style. Listening at your body. And having fun. Being crazy and sweaty.
When I left work, it was already dark. And it's only afternoon! I better get used to this. Day by day it's getting darker earlier and the sun rises later.
Walked back home, did some shopping on the way there. Changed my clothes and back to work. To my second employer. Took a bus there.
Yes. Still dark. Dark, dark, dark. Fortunately I know a cure for that. Dancing!
My kettlebell class is already on pause until next year, so no kettlebell training today after dancing.
It's always nice to end the day with relaxing stretches. And not only because of the relaxation part, but also because stretching really is important. You just have to know when to do the stretching, what kind and how long.
Took a bus back home and walked few blocks through the dark, but at the same time city full of light!

Yes on Fitbit, not yet others. No it doesn't drain the battery at all because you don't have to keep the phone or the app (Fitbit or Actifit) on all the time. You just take the steps with your FitBit and at the end of the day you open the FitBit app, let it sync with your device and then you open the Actifit app and sync it with Fitbit app. After that you post. Simple, easy and you don't even have to carry your phone with you all day. :)
i tried it before on my phone and man it eat batt fast.
THanks for sharing =)
I don't understand why you would keep the app on all the time? There's no need for that.
Here's how I do it: I use my Fitbit device all day and I don't have the Fitbit app or Actifit app on at all on my phone. You need to check that the Fitbit widget isn't on the keep alive mode. When I'm ready to post my steps to Actifit, I turn on the Fitbit app and let it sync with the Fitbit device. Then I turn on the Actifit app and let it sync with the Fitbit app. Then I can turn of the Fitbit app and post the steps in Actifit to Steemit.
So it really doesn't drain the battery because there's no need to keep the Fitbit app on all the time. Only the couple of minutes when it syncs with the device and syncing with Actifit.
the app is running on my phone as i dont use a step tracker :)
just tested it again on my phone seem like the batt drain become better

Oh, so you have to keep the app on all the time. I didn't know it'spossible to use only the Fitbit app, without the device. But then you could calculate which one doesn't drain you battery that much, Fitbit app or Actifit app. Unless you really want to use the Fitbit app for some reason.
But if you happen to get a Fitbit device into your hands, I strongly suggest you use that. :)
