My Actifit Report Card: November 22 2018
Enough is enough. Just barely reached my posting threshold of 10K steps.
2 days in a row now. The lunch walk is always good for 4500 to 5000 steps. Because I will be in the office tomorrow I do have hopes to make it 3 in a row!

Anyways your lunch walk is about 1.5 or even twice as long as mine. I would really love to walk for half an hour. But my colleagues don't. 😥
Did you ever realize how much more calories you burn per day compared to someone that doesn't make lunch walks?
