My Actifit Report Card: March 27 2019
Day 18 of my Actifit Journey
Nothing special to write about today.
Had some leftover fried rice with leftover fried chicken for lunch, and some simple chicken noodles with soup for dinner.
Walked to and from University twice today since the gaps between classes was so big, cant still feel the pain in my legs from playing 4 hours of basketball yesterday.
That's all for now friends!! Stop procrastinating and work!

Bball is great for getting those steps in, were you able to measure them and include them in the total step count? 4 hours of bball sounds like a ton of steps
@jasonshick definitely a great way dude!
I played for 2 hours without realizing that my phone wasn't in my pocket so I lost some activity count there. After putting it in, that step count just flew.
Luckily I was wearing sweatpants while I was playing so my phone was safe.
