ok let me have at it again, this time from steemit.

it was never about the time.

for me it was never about the time.
cos the battle is always with self.
when i exercise i do it for self.
so that i can be comfortable
in my own skin. so that i can live up to MYSELF.
this will encourage people to overcome
what they think is impossible.

today's impossibility is tomorrows done deal.

to all who participated, i congratulate you.

you did not run away. but faced your weakness.

expanded your limits just a bit more that day. and
hopefully the next day and the next day. with all
that you do.
