I love your garden and ur autark work.
Stoicism is awesome! But I found most of its essences already out by going my own way over nihilism. :)
I'm philosophing since I can think / remember. My teachers hated me.

I am positive no one "ism" has it all right, but this is by far and away the closest I have found to my own thoughts/mental state/life. I have not gone head long into a lot of the other "isms" but none of them caught me like this has.
My teachers didn't generally know I was there, but my military supervisors and higher ups did as I was nonstop questioning everything. They didn't like that too much. 😆

-isms are always some kinda rulership.. but I'm very anarchistic
and also found that through nihilism, would call nihilism a good tool to understand anarchy..
I am NOT a fan of religions and pretty much all isms, but to my surprise this one is hitting very close to home. I am only on the first layer of the onion and I haven't even hit the meat of it yet so who knows.

I'm thinking it may very well help with ptsd. Stoicism is a large part of the basis for CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and I am finding that I already embody a large number of the principles but I am not LIVING them as much as I should.
