My Actifit Report Card: maj 11 2019

So today I have been participating in the challenge Take It Easy organized by @cryptospa, the goal was to reach over 15k steps and I did.

The first part of the day was warm and sunny, but then it started to rain and got cold rather quickly, so I had to take out my umbrella to get my steps.

I also made my pushups and my Dtube video.

Here are some pictures from my day.

This is the outside gym in Kronobergsparken on Kungsholmen where I made my pushups.

And the walkway out from the park.

It started to rain.

And more rain while walking along the canal.

I really like this view.

Some Canada Goose out walking.

The view out across the water and Kungsholmen to the left.

The rain is quite heavy.

The birds seem to enjoy it though.

And the outlook from the spot where I made todays Dtube video in Kista.
