My Actifit Report Card: 16-th April 2019
Today, it's the first day after some stomach flu attacked me. Last Wednesday I had a fever of 38.7 °C, and from Thursday to Sunday I had severe diarrhoea. Yesterday at work I took about 21,000 steps but forgot to send the result.
Today I did a similar result at work, about 21000, but in the afternoon I went for a walk around the Pogoria III LAKE in Dąbrowa Górnicza City (Poland), which has a coastline of about 6 km, plus about 1.5 km to get to the water reservoir. The day was warm, sunny and cloudless. I didn't expect to meet so many "athletes" . There were some people who walked like me, ran, cycled or skated. The whole walk took me about 2 hours.
