Anche oggi sono riuscita a raggiungere i 10.000!!! Evvivaaaaaa 🙌.
Ora che l'estate è alle porte (sul seriooo) ho bisogno di smaltire certi eccessi che sono stati accumuli nei mesi precedenti 😅. Non ha di certo aiutato questa primavera autunnale che, ahimè, mi ha scoraggiato nell'attività fisica. Non resta quindi che rimboccarsi le maniche e porsi come obiettivo quello di camminare/correre con una certa regolarità, oltre che quello di una corretta alimentazione.
